RHS grad earns Sheriff’s scholarship

A Roseville High School graduate recently earned a $1,000 Deputy Rick Meredith Memorial Scholarship. Alexandria Pabst graduated with a 4.08 grade point average. While at Roseville High School, she participated in dance, musicals, the California Scholarship Federation, ROSE Club, soccer and cheer. Alexandria, the daughter of Sgt. David Pabst, will attend the University of Evansville in Indiana this fall. The Deputy Rick Meredith Memorial Scholarship is issued annually by the Placer County Deputy Sheriff’s Association and rewards high school graduates based on their academic achievement, letters of recommendations, community involvement and participation in school activities. Ever Sky Conners, daughter of Sgt. Ty Conners, and Kristen Goldsmith, daughter of Deputy Tom Marois, also earned a scholarship. Conners graduated from Placer High School and Marois graduated from Loyalton High School. ~ Sena Christian
