Tattoo removal clinic "erases" unwanted tattoos

Graham Sargent of Elk Grove underwent a quick yet painful laser tattoo removal session at a mobile clinic hosted by Victory Outreach Church in Roseville. "I have some tattoos that I'm not exactly fond of and I'd like to get removed," he said. "Because they're some old tattoos that I got when I was younger that I don't really care for and the quality of work wasn't that great."
