The items included computers and drawing pads that investigators could use to link Petkov to tags throughout the area. Andrey Petkov is suspected of involvement in a gang that left hundreds of pieces of graffiti - or tags - throughout Roseville and the Greater Sacramento area. He was arrested Friday along with four other people, including a 13-year-old juvenile. An officer handcuffs Andrey Petkov Friday at his North Highlands home. He and four others were arrested on suspicion of participating in a street gang, felony vandalism and conspiracy to commit a crime. Roseville Police Sgt. Darrin DeFreece points out handiwork of suspected members of the SGK graffiti crew in the Crocker Ranch neighborhood of Roseville. Alleged SGK members routinely trespassed onto Union Pacific property, where they caused thousands of dollars in damage, including to rail cars.
