Buljan Middle School students voted in a mock election on Friday, casting their votes for the presidential candidates as well as for or against propositions 34, regarding California's death penalty, and 37, which requires labeling genetically engineered foods.  The mock election was a hands-on way to educate students in the electoral process and the importance of voting.
