Bayside Church in Granite Bay is hosting its two-day Thriving Women’s Conference Friday, Jan. 27 and Saturday, Jan. 28.

The church has secured nationally known speaker and author Nicole Johnson for Friday’s event, who will share her message, “Fresh Brewed Life,” which addresses the struggles of hard-working, overextended women.

Johnson is also an actor, television host and producer who performs sketches that address issues in daily life and deeper questions that come from personal tragedies, according to her website.

Saturday’s keynote speaker is Becky Tirabassi, a life coach and author who talks about making little changes to achieve big results.

The conference will include breakout sessions on conversations every parent must have with their teen, transforming hurt to healing, intimacy with god, sexuality, the power of prayer, and how teens and young women can become women of influence.
