Seyydin, Dugan to marry

Sara Arianna Seyydin of Roseville and Kenneth Andrew Dugan of Roseville have announced their plans to marry.

Sara, daughter of Carey Marie Niman (Carpineta) of Bell Buckle, Tenn., and Vahid Seyydin of El Dorado Hills, graduated from Woodcreek High School in 2006 and will graduate from Sierra College in spring 2014 and transfer to a university to earn BSN and is currently employed as business development representative for Roseville Chamber of Commerce.

Ken, son of Paul Dugan II of Roseville and Tina Dugan of Roseville, graduated from Woodcreek High School in 2004 and attended Pennsylvania State University, University Park, where he studied business – marketing and management, and is employed as a private swim coach for Sea Otter Swim Lessons.

Sara, a former sports and news reporter for the Auburn Journal, and Ken met in April 2011 when she wrote a an article on the adult learn-to-swim program he teaches at Sea Otter Swim Lessons in Loomis. Ken proposed on the Golden Gate Bridge on St. Patrick's Day 2013.

The couple is scheduled to marry April 12, 2014, at Arden Hills Resort Sacramento.
