The Salvation Army of Roseville reports a food shortage due to the increased number of families seeking assistance. The Salvation Army provides emergency food boxes stocked with enough food to feed a family of four for a week. The Salvation Army is asking for donations of non-perishable food. There are certain staples provided in every box including soup, stew, jelly, canned vegetables, baby food, cereal, spaghetti noodles, canned fruit, rice, spaghetti sauce, canned meat, beans, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and treats for the kids.
