Under-12 boys The U12 boys Condors gave their all Saturday, but lost to the Enforcers 4-1. Ryan Poindexter scored the Condor goal, and the team received strong contributions from Allan Dodge, Gabe Ordorica and Andrew Smith Under-12 girls The Roseville Starfire scored a 2-1 win over the Thunderstrikes as Maddy Dettis and Mackenzie Kirkpatrick found the back of the net for the Starfire. Rebecca Endres and Sydnie Knudtson were key players for the Starfire. Under-10 boys The Eureka Mighty Grizzlies and Eureka Terminators deadlocked at 1-1 in Saturday under-10 soccer action. Brad Davito, Ryan Sollazzo and Trevor DuBose made it happen for the Grizzlies, and Demitri Foye scored the only goal of the game. The Eureka Bobcats tied the Roseville Avengers in U10 boys soccer action. Scott Gilmore and Jacob Schafer scored for the Avengers. For the Bobcats, Jayden Kasai scored the first two goals and Sam Frank tied the game with a goal in the final few minutes. Connor Harris and Isaac Berrien played outstanding defense for the Bobcats to protect the tie. Under-8 girls The Roseville Keiki Kickers dropped a tough one in U8 action to the Firehawks 4-0. Mia Parsons, Sara Acevedo, Natalie Joramo, Summer Frank and Makenzie Towle all played well for the Kickers. The Eureka Leopards pulled a 0-0 tie in U8 action against the Loomis Stars. Their record now stands as 4-1-1. Players include Katelynne Wade, Audrey Talmi, Hailey Seva, Abby Root, Sarena Nielsen, Lana Lindley, Olivia Hazeghazam, Isabelle Hanson, Jordan Gotham, Paloma Garcia, Isabella Garcia, Stephanie Bradley and Ashley Altmann. The Roseville Goal Rushers outscored the Belugas 6-0 in U8 girls action behind goals from Emma Gangwish, Jeannette Lopez, Hailey Roloff (two goals) and Kylie Escatel (two goals). Amaya Adame, Kelis Harris and Carly Sokol all played well and Hayley Krelyng and Natalie Mason were great in the goal contributing to the shutout. Under-8 boys The Wolves beat the Yellow Jackets 3-2 in U8 boys play. Carson Ferro and Samuel Ordorica scored the Yellow Jacket goals, while Ceasar Lewis and Brandon Solano contributed to the team’s effort. Under-6 coed The Eureka Blackhawks beat the Loomis Fireballs 6-3 in U6 action. Brynn Sommer scored three goals for the Blackhawks and Paige Beater scored as well. Cooper Layo and Kerri Caulfied were strong on the defensive end.
