Roseville should stop issuing building permits

Now let’s see, the city of Roseville has asked the citizens to cut back on water. I am in agreement that we do have a bad drought situation. The way I see it, the city is obligated to put a hold on all building permits on all unbuilt houses. We cannot afford to have more housing in this area until we get a hold on our water situation. Apparently the contractors in this area keep members of our council and city government taken care of in the way of shall we say perks and political contributions. Does anybody out there have any suggestions on how to get around this hurdle? There is absolutely no reason at this point for more houses to be built considering the water situation and the real estate market as it is. Guess what, when the well runs dry we are all in deep trouble. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out. Tom Dennis, Roseville
