Rosebuds: Take a picture, it’ll last longer

This Friday, you’ll have the chance to capture life in Roseville (just like the Press Tribune does each day) with the Around the Clock project.

We teamed up with Roseville Arts to put on a juried art show and auction that will include photos from Press Tribune photographers — and you!

All you need to do is take a photo in Roseville anytime between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 4. It could be sunrise after your graveyard shift, an afternoon at the dog park, the Squeeze Inn burger you ate for lunch — anything!

Then just go to to upload your photo along with additional information. Entries must be uploaded by Dec. 15.

Your work could be chosen for the exhibition and works will be auctioned off to benefit Roseville Arts and the Placer ARC.

I can’t wait to see what images of life in Roseville will develop from this project. And keep your eyes peeled for our photographers Philip Wood, Anne Stokes, Tiffany Bugos and Kim Palaferri, who will be out there shooting!
