A fourth suspect has been arrested for an armed robbery that occurred in the parking lot of a Roseville restaurant on July 5.

Lawrence Laquontia Taylor, 19, of Pittsburg was arrested last week in Contra Costa County on a Placer County Superior Court warrant for robbery and related charges, according to a news release issued Monday by Roseville Police.

Taylor is in custody in Placer County Jail on $50,000 bail.

On the afternoon of July 5, three Sacramento men met with four other men in the Cheesecake Factory parking lot on Galleria Boulevard to conduct a marijuana sale. Instead of paying, the four suspects robbed the victims of their marijuana at gunpoint, and fled in a black Toyota sedan.

By early the next morning, Roseville officers had located the suspect vehicle and arrested three of the four suspects, two adult males and a 17-year-old male. Detectives identified and obtained an arrest warrant for Taylor.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the marijuana sale that led to the robbery, according to Roseville Police spokeswoman Dee Dee Gunther.
