Dog bit boy; parents want to know if dog had anti-rabies vaccination
-A +A
A Roseville boy was bitten by a dog and his parents are asking the owner to come forward. The parents, Eddie and Thelma Gaskell, said their son was bitten by a golden retriever whose owners were taking the dog for a walk at Pleasant Grove Boulevard between Country Club Road and Misty Wood Retirement Home between 11:30 a.m. and noon Saturday. The Gaskells need to know if the dog had anti-rabies vaccination. Eddie Gaskell said their son’s doctor prescribed antibiotics, but will need to also prescribe five anti-rabies vaccinations within a month if the parents do not find out if the dog has been vaccinated. Eddie Gaskell can be reached at (916) 390-3555 and Thelma Gaskell can be reached at (916) 390-3444. ~ Sena Christian
