Mayor's Cup golf tourney to raise funds for parks and rec

The 13th annual Mayor’s Cup Golf Tournament will take place Friday, May 8 at Woodcreek Golf Club in Roseville. Put on by the City of Roseville and Woodcreek Golf Club, the tournament proceeds will be used to help assist low income families in Roseville who wish to participate in parks and recreation activities offered by the city, including swimming lessons and playground programs. Cost to play in the four-person scramble tournament is $150 per player or $600 per foursome, which includes T-shirt, giveaway bag, green fees, cart, box lunch, on-course beverages, appetizers at awards gathering, tee prizes, awards and raffle. A company-sponsored entry fee of $600 for a foursome includes entry into corporate challenge. Cost for awards dinner only ticket is $25. Event and hole sponsorships are also available, ranging from $250 for a tee sponsor to $3,000 for golf shirt sponsor. For sponsorship questions, call 774-5463.
