Lincoln Boosters ninth annual Fun Run is Labor Day

The Lincoln High School Boosters annual 5K Fun Run/Walk will be Sept. 3 over the host Fighting Zebra’s all-natural cross-country course on the Outdoor Learning Environment (OLE) property. This event helps raise funds for the team and is a great way to enjoy the holiday. For those who register by Aug. 20, the fee is $20 and includes a Fun Run T-shirt. The fee is $25 on race day, $15 for runners 13 and under. T-shirts are not available after Aug. 20. To preregister, go online or print out a mail-in form on the Boosters’ website: or; select the Web Store. Medals and prizes will be awarded on race day. The top three finishers in each of seven age divisions for both men and women will be awarded. All runners and walkers will automatically be entered into a drawing from sponsor-donated prizes. The OLE property is located about one mile past Twelve Bridges Elementary School on Twelve Bridges Drive. Parking at the school and carpooling is encouraged.
