Highway 193 crash victim to be remembered MondayBy: Journal Staff Writer
AUBURN CA - A 22-year-old Georgetown-area woman who was killed in early September after her car went off Highway 193 in Cool will be remembered at a graveside service Monday in Newcastle. Marissa Nicole Forster, a woman who had attended Granite Bay High School while living in Granite Bay, Roseville and the Rocklin area, was found in her car Sept. 14, days after she was last heard from. Placerville California Highway Patrol is continuing an investigation into the single-vehicle crash, which occurred west of Lou Allen Lane. The car was found on its roof about 30 yards from the road, a Highway Patrol spokesman said. Monday’s service will be at 10 a.m. in the Newcastle Cemetery, 850 Taylor Road.
