The corporation’s board unanimously approved a six-month, $15,600 contract for her services. Garbolino will be tasked with helping the corporation connect entrepreneurs with capital needed to create businesses and jobs. She will also work with banks to assist the corporation with its financing and revenue goals. Garbolino worked for 25 years in business development, community development and marketing for First American Title in South Placer and for the Bank of Commerce-Roseville. She is a former Roseville Chamber of Commerce president. She has been volunteering for the corporation for the past 15 months. The corporation is a nonprofit organization established by the Roseville City Council in fall 2010 to implement the city’s economic and revitalization goals.
