Curves Roseville Central, located at 699 Washington Square, is opening its doors to the public to make a difference in the lives of children suffering from cancer/leukemia and their families. Come make a donation and do a round of exercise using the circuit weight program. The workout takes place from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday. Participation in the Workout for St. Jude program will help raise funds to support St. Jude, which treats patients regardless of a family’s ability to pay. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatments that are not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family’s inability to pay. Curves Roseville Central will be giving away raffle prizes and 25 certificates for two free weeks. The first 50 women to join the facility will receive 66 percent off the service fee. All donations will be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Info: 783-5001.
