Easter Bunny sighted in Granite Bay

Egg hunt, pancake breakfast return
-A +A

The 33rd annual Granite Bay Easter Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast drew a pack of egg hunters to Cavitt Junior High School Saturday.

The free event, organized by the Kiwanis Club of Granite Bay, included a pancake breakfast, arts and crafts organized by the Granite Bay High School Key Club and an Easter egg hunt with a total of 5,000 filled plastic eggs. Easter baskets went to eight children who found eggs with golden tickets and there were various booths and activities sponsored and manned by local businesses.

Proceeds directly support nonprofit organizations that benefit local children.
