City meetings address budget, redevelopment
The city of Roseville has two upcoming meetings planned -- the first will address the fiscal year 2012-13 budget and the second will focus on downtown redevelopment.
The budget hearing takes place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, June 11, in the City Council Chambers at Civic Center, 311 Vernon St. The proposed 2012-13 budget will be presented to the council. The meeting is open to the public. It will also be broadcast live on Comcast channel 14 and SureWest channel 73 and streamed on the city's website at www.roseville.ca.us/CORtv.
The city will host a meeting on downtown revitalization projects from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, June 18, in council chambers at Civic Center.
Staff will present on the Town Square project, streetscape and infrastructure improvements, a roundabout in downtown, bike trail extensions and the relocation of Fire Station No. 1. The meeting is open to the public, and will not be broadcast. For more information, visit www.roseville.ca.us.
