City considering utility rate increase

Environmental Utilities Department holding three public workshops

The city of Roseville’s Environmental Utilities Department is considering a utility rate increase, and three public workshops will be held to inform residents of the proposal.

During the workshops, city staff will present on the department’s two-year proposal and response to questions from the public. Details on the potential rate increase will be available one week prior to the first workshop at

The first workshop will start at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5 in meeting room 1 and 2 at Riley Library, 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd. The second workshop is at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7 at Maidu Community Hall, 1550 Maidu Drive. The third workshop is at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 in the Timber Creek Lodge Ballroom at Sun City Roseville, 7050 Del Webb Blvd. in Roseville.
