The “Highest Court in the Land” has decreed that the will of the people of Arizona, and presumably the people of the other 49 states, can be circumvented by the Federal Government’s passing a law and then refusing to enforce it.
We may just as well eliminate the words, “reserved to the states respectively or to the people” from the Constitution of the United States of America. We may also just as well take the words, “United States” from the “United States of America.”
Let us end the farce of pretending the individual states have independent governments.
