Nugget Markets was recognized by Greenpeace as a sustainable seafood retailer. Greenpeace evaluates retailers on a number of different sustainable seafood practices, such as sustainable seafood policy, support of sustainability initiatives, labeling and promotion of sustainable seafood and numbers of endangered seafood. Since 2006, Nugget Markets has been committed to an ongoing partnership with FishWise, a sustainable seafood nonprofit organization in collaboration with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program. … Gretchen Eischen has been named Vice President/Business Development Officer for Community 1st Bank.
