Fashion accessory boutique Charming Charlie becomes the latest addition to The Fountains in Roseville. The Houston-based operation was founded in 2003 and has seven other California locations including Fresno and Modesto. The store features items such as jewelry, scarves, belts and purses that are creatively arranged by color groupings to take the guess work out of accessorizing. Charming Charlie is the fourth retailer to open at The Fountains in a month, with children’s specialty stores Crazy 8 and Me Gusta KIDS opening in September and Pet Food Express opening on Oct. 22. The center is now 98 percent leased.

The Westfield Galleria at Roseville will host an outdoor holiday ice skating rink beginning Saturday.
