Roseville’s business district is showing “positive signs of recovery,” according to a San Francisco real estate group that just purchased a spade of buildings in different sections of Douglas Boulevard.

Ellis Partners LLC is one of northern California’s largest investment groups. The company announced this week that it had purchased 670,000 square feet of property in Roseville. The acquisitions include a two-building complex called The Summit at Douglas Ridge, four buildings at the Olympus Corporate Center, two buildings at the Johnson Ranch Corporate Center and a building complex at the Roseville Corporate Center.

Representatives from Ellis Partners called Douglas Boulevard “one of the most desired corporate corridors in the region.”
