The Friends of the Roseville Public Library will host author Rosemary Dukelow to talk about her recently published book, “At the Crossroads: One Woman’s Solo World Tour.”

The free event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21 in the community room of Martha Riley Library, 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd. in Roseville.

In 2010, a 53-year-old Dukelow left her job and home to spontaneously travel the world without a plan. She visited 30 countries in six continents in 10 months. She traveled alone and blogged about her experiences, which became the foundation for her book.

The native Californian has spent nearly 30 years working as a librarian, including at the Downtown Roseville Library.
