For the last 25 years, Roseville High School students have been helping seniors as part of the R.O.S.E. Program.

R.O.S.E. stands for Reaching Out Sharing Experiences and is meant to link the various generations together.

The program sponsors a Saturday Spring Clean event, which the students did in March, and they offer free house cleaning and yard cleaning to five seniors.

The event provides learning opportunities through senior-oriented work and gives the students credits for their time.

The 23 students who participated did tasks such as dusting, washing curtains, cleaning blinds, pruning bushes and raking leaves.
