Roseville author Kim Silver debuts her first book, “The Invisible Mirror,” this month and hosts a launch party Saturday at Time and Space in Roseville, according to Silver.
Silver is a healing therapist who has studied and worked in the holistic field for more than 20 years, according to her publisher, Balboa Publishing.
Silver owns Body & Soul Therapies in Roseville where she helps clients navigate through mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Silver offers retreats near Mount Shasta, several times a year where she teaches from “The Invisible Mirror.”
The self-help book teaches readers to learn about themselves at many levels through the awareness of simple energy vibrations, according to Silver.
“This book teaches the language of energy, what energy is and how to use it throughout one’s life in bringing balance to the mind, body and soul,” Silver said. “The book aims to help readers to understand their human selves and soul selves, the world and beyond. In effect, readers will learn how to achieve a happier, healthier and balanced life. This book is timely for readers in helping with today’s stressful and chaotic world.”
Silver explained what motivated her to write the book.
“I have always wanted to help other people find healing, and peace within their lives,” Silver said. “So this book condenses over 30 years of my research, experiences and healing work into helping people understand the innate power they have to create the life they want. The key is knowing and having the tools to stay in balance, mind, body and soul.”
