Think BIG Sacramento will embark on the “Think BIG Tour” Thursday, a one day, four-county bus tour to educate the community on the benefits and economic impact an entertainment and sports complex will have on the entire region. The tour begins with a press conference in El Dorado Hills, then stops in Roseville and Davis and finishes with a town hall in Ranch Cordova. The bus will stop at the Fountains in Roseville from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The Fountains is located at 1013 Galleria Blvd. Suite 200. Members of the public are invited to attend. The bus will transport members of the Think BIG committee, business and community leaders, stakeholders, two “Citizen Architects” who will be randomly selected to join the tour, and representatives from Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson’s office and the Sacramento Kings. The tour coincides with the release of “The Capitol Corridor Impact Report,” an analysis of the civic and economic impact the complex will have on the broader region. ~ Staff report
